Who we are
Senaccman is a web inbox that lets a business's staff read and answer the Instagram Direct Messages sent to the business's Instagram professional accounts. Today the only business using Senaccman is our own.
What we collect
- Staff accounts. Each staff member's email address, a password hash, and an authenticator secret, used only to sign them in.
- Connected Instagram accounts. When a business connects an Instagram professional account, we receive an access token, the account's Instagram user ID and its username. Tokens are stored encrypted.
- Direct Messages. The Direct Messages that customers exchange with a connected account, including the customer's Instagram-scoped ID, username and name, the message text, and the times of sending.
How we use it
Only to show each business its own conversations, to send the replies its staff write, and to keep the business's record of those conversations. Instagram makes only a conversation's most recent messages available later, so the record is how older messages remain available to the business. Each business's data is visible only to signed-in staff of that business.

How to request deletion
Anyone whose data Senaccman holds, including a customer who messaged a business that uses Senaccman, can ask for it to be deleted by emailing bichvld@gmail.com. Include your Instagram username. [CONFIRM before publishing, ticket 15: what is deleted and how quickly.]
